Thank you for considering the East York Tennis Club.

Our existing membership registration takes place in January/February of each year. Our club us full and there is waitlist*. If there are open spaces then waitlist invitations will be sent in March and April.

 

ADULT MEMBERSHIPS (WAITLIST*)

We have 3 levels of adult memberships; Student, Adult and Senior. All adult members have the same access to courts and events. Some of the features or membership are:

• No Added Court Fees, courts booked up to 7 days in advance
• Ladders, Leagues, Socials and Club Tournaments
• Access to private lessons
• Early access to adult group lessons

 

JUNIOR MEMBERSHIPS

We do not have a waitlist for junior memberships. 

 

NON MEMBER REGISTRATION (GUEST PLAYER)

This allows you to register in our system so that a member may add you as a guest. The guest fee must be paid by the member. Guest players are limited to 5 bookings total for the Season. If you are on the waiting list, then you need to use a different email for your guest account. If you already have a parent account then this account serves as your guest account and you do not need to create a new one.

WAITLIST REGISTRATION

The waitlist is the same for any of our adult membership types (Adult, Senior, Student). You can cick the link in any of the categories. Each waitlist record is for a single adult membership. Each waitlist record needs to use a unique email which is different than any emails used for any other record type. If you do not have an alternate email then you can add mutiple @@ symbols and the system will consider this to be a separate record. Any emails sent to @@ will be delivered to the account with the single @. There are currently over 1700 people on the waitlist and we are currently inviting people who joined the list in the spring of 2021. considering the recent trends, the waiting time for membership is likely 5 years or more. There is no cost to be on the waitlist.
