How to register and purchase your summer camp?

EYTC programs are for members only. We do not have a limit on junior members and we offer a special membership category called Junior Intro which gives access to programs only at a reduced rate. Here are the steps to follow to create your registration:

  • Click on the register link and enter your email
  • If you already have an account then it will prompt you to log in
    • Once you are looged in you can select your child and complete the registration
  • If you are new to EYTC the system will ask you to create a parent account (no fee)
    • The first step after creating your account is to add your juniors into your family info
    • After the juniors have been added then you will need to purchase a membership for them
    • Now you can register for the program.

Note that registrations are only held for 30 minutes. The payment must be completed to secure the spot.

Junior membership fees will not be deducted from the cost of programming in 2022. For this reason a new "Junior Intro" fee of $20 was created for those juniors who do not plan to use the courts outside of the programming. There will be an option to upgrade to the full junior membership at any time. Program and camp fees for 2022 are under review and will be set with the understanding that all juniors pay a separate member fee of $20 or $50. If you have already paid the $50 membership and wish to change to the new $20 program membership then please contact us to make the adjustment on your account and then the $30 will be available as a credit when you sign up for a program or camp.

General Notes

The spring after school Play Tennis programs will begin on Monday May 2nd and will run for 8 weeks with an added week for make-up sessions. If mother nature is kind to us then the children will have a 9 week program. Each program is made up of 2 one hour sessions per week for a total of 16 hours over the 8 weeks. 

Our Try Tennis programs will be an 8 week program beginning on Friday May 6th and will run for 7 weeks with an added week for make-up sessions.  If mother nature is kind to us then the children will have an 8 week program. Each program is made up of one hour sessions per week for a total of 7 hours over the 7 weeks. 

As the groups are fixed each week with a specific instructor, we are not able to allow drop in make-up sessions. 

  • If you are on the waitlist then you need a unique email for your parent account
  • If you are a non member and want to put a non junior member on the waitlist then please email us to create a free "Parent" account for you.
  • Cancellations with a full refund (less a $25 admin Fee) are available up to 4 weeks before the start of camp. Requests within 4 weeks are taken on a case by case basis
